White & Case Advises Carnegie Investment Bank on €115 Million IPO and listing of Spinnova Plc

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB as the sole global coordinator and bookrunner on the initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland of the shares in Spinnova Plc.

At the offer price, Spinnova Plc had a market capitalization of approximately €390 million.

Spinnova has developed a production technology for a transformative, new textile fiber produced with a mechanical process. The fibre is 100 percent recyclable, quickly biodegradable, contains no microplastics and can be produced without dissolution or the use of harmful chemicals or harmful additives.

The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partner Mikko Hulkko with support from associates Jenni Nygård, Ben Tuiskula, Tommi Kolehmainen and Helen Happonen.
