Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Caisse des Dépôts on the acquisition from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield of a minority stake in Westfield Forum des Halles shopping center, a 77,600 square meters flagship shopping center in the heart of Paris.
The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Brice Engel and included associate Grégoire Baudry.
