White & Case advises BNP Paribas and Société Générale on Mersen's €100 million rights issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a banking syndicate including BNP Paribas and Société Générale, as global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners, on Mersen's €100 million share capital increase, with shareholders' preferential subscription rights, announced on April 18, 2023.
The proceeds of the capital increase will be used by Mersen to finance its growth by increasing the group' s production capacity and completing bolt-on acquisitions, enabling it to deliver the growth and investment plan created as part of the company' s 2027 strategic plan, and to meet the group' s general needs.
Mersen is a global expert in specialty electrical products and advanced materials for high-tech industries and is listed in Compartment B of the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
