White & Case advises BFF Bank on €300 million social bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BFF Bank on its issuance of €300 million 4.875% social unsecured senior preferred notes due 2028.

The notes have been issued under BFF Bank's €2.5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, listed on Euronext Dublin and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan), Ferigo Foscari and Alessandro Zappasodi (both Milan), local partner Pietro Magnaghi (Milan) and associate Andrea Lamonica (Milan).
