White & Case advises BC Partners Credit on acquisition finance loan through Italian securitisation structure

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BC Partners Credit, the credit group of BC Partners Advisors, on a syndicated acquisition finance loan through Italian securitisation vehicle Agorà Finance S.r.l. and UniCredit S.p.A., as co-lenders, to a company dedicated to holding equity stakes in industrial and real estate entities. 

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan), Iacopo Canino, Gianluca Fanti and Alessandro Zappasodi (all Milan) and associate Riccardo Verzeletti (Milan).
