Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) on the SEK 9.583 billion rights issue of Securitas AB (publ).
Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Securitas is a global provider of security services based in Sweden. The proceeds from the rights issue will be used to finance the acquisition of the Electronic Security Solutions business from Stanley Black & Decker Inc.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Johan Thiman (Stockholm) and included partner Mikko Hulkko (Helsinki) and associates Louise Nässén, Anna-Klara Hallingström (both Stockholm) and Thomas Killeen (Helsinki).
