White & Case advises bank syndicate on Sirius’ €350 million bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley on a €350 million bond issuance by Sirius Real Estate Limited (Sirius), a leading owner and operator of business parks, offices and industrial complexes in Germany.

The bond has a fixed coupon of 4.00% and matures in 2032. Sirius intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance to refinance certain existing liabilities and for general corporate purposes.

The bond has been admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Rebecca Emory and local partner Peter Becker and included partners Karsten Wöckener, Gernot Wagner and Sébastien Seele, counsel David Santoro and associates Jan-Christopher Wilhelms, Darleen Stöckl and Hüseyin Sarigül.
