White & Case advises bank syndicate on Castellum’s SEK 10.18 billion rights issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a bank syndicate on listed Nordic real estate company Castellum Aktiebolag's (Castellum) SEK 10.18 billion fully underwritten rights issue.

Citi and Nordea acted as underwriters, joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners. Handelsbanken acted as joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner. Danske Bank, DNB, Nykredit Bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and Swedbank acted as joint bookrunners.

Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap, Castellum is one of the largest listed real estate companies in the Nordics, developing flexible workplaces and smart logistics solutions.
