White & Case Advises Azelis Americas on Acquisition of Vigon International, Inc.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Azelis Americas, LLC, a specialty chemicals and food ingredients distributor in North America, on its acquisition of Vigon International, Inc., a leading US specialty distributor and manufacturer of ingredients for the flavors, fragrances and cosmetics market segments.

The transaction closed on June 1, 2021.

The acquisition will enhance Azelis's position in the growing and non-cyclical markets of flavors and fragrances in the Americas. It will also increase Azelis's presence in the life sciences sector.
