White & Case advises ASR Media and Sponsorship on €175 million US private placement

Global law firm White & Case has advised ASR Media and Sponsorship S.r.l. on the issuance of €175 million senior secured notes due 2027.

White & Case advised on the transaction's Italian and US law aspects. The notes were sold through a private placement to US institutional investors and will be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

ASR Media and Sponsorship is a special purpose entity formed in 2014 to hold the media, broadcast and sponsorship rights of the Italian football club AS Roma, its historical media archives and the intellectual property rights relating to the AS Roma brand.
