White & Case Advises Arcus Infrastructure Partners on Acquisition of Opus Bilprovning

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Arcus Infrastructure Partners (Arcus) on its acquisition of Opus Bilprovning AB.
Arcus is an independent fund manager focused solely on long-term investments in European infrastructure. Arcus targets mid-market, value-add infrastructure investments, with a particular focus on businesses in the digital, transport, logistics and industrials, and energy sectors.
Opus Bilprovning is one of Sweden’s largest vehicle inspection companies, operating from 94 locations and inspecting approximately 1.5 million vehicles a year.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Sandra Rafferty (London) and Jan Jensen (Stockholm) and included partner Carl Hugo Parment (Stockholm), counsel Peter Svanqvist (Stockholm) and associates Andreas Lexhag, Sara Bilge, Felix Fjellstrom, Alexander Berlin-Jarhamn (all Stockholm) and Marcus Collins (London).
