Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised AMCI Acquisition Corp. II, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, on its merger with LanzaTech NZ, Inc. a market-leading innovator in carbon capture and transformation.
The transaction gives the combined entity an implied pro forma equity value of approximately US$2.2 billion. As a result of the transaction, LanzaTech will become a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol, "LNZA".
