White & Case advises Alpha Bank on real estate investment equity partnership via €438 million real estate portfolio sale

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Alpha Bank, one of the Greek systemic banks, on its entry into a definitive agreement with a consortium comprising Dimand S.A. and Premia Properties REIC for the creation of a real estate investment equity partnership through the €438 million sale of a real estate portfolio.

The equity partnership will be focused on the commercialisation, repositioning and development of diverse real estate properties including offices, commercial real estate, retail premises, residential assets and industrial/logistics assets. The transaction is scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2023.
