The recognition by Bloomberg follows an exceptional 2021 for EMEA ECM activity at White & Case. In 2021, the Firm advised clients on 121 transactions on 20 EMEA stock exchanges, raising approximately US$51 billion. The Firm’s EMEA ECM 2021 deal track record includes 66 IPOs (including 15 SPACs).
