Global Arbitration Review (GAR) has yet again named global law firm White & Case LLP among the world’s most successful international arbitration practices in its GAR 30 ranking of top arbitration firms, where the firm ranked second in 2022. A perennial member of the GAR 30, White & Case was ranked first in 2021 and in every year from 2015-2019.
GAR's research confirms that White & Case carried by far the largest portfolio valuation of any firm for 2020-2022 (a full 20 percent larger than the portfolio at the second-largest firm), and has the highest number of recognized market-leading practitioners (46).
Describing the findings of its research, GAR made special note of the breadth of White & Case’s Global International Arbitration practice: "The range of the work is astounding."
GAR selects its GAR 30 firms following a detailed analysis of each firm’s composition and activity, including such metrics as the number of arbitration hearings held during the period under review, the value at stake in the arbitrations, and the number of attorneys in the group recognized as leading arbitration practitioners.
