White & Case LLP has won Energy Deal of the Year and Restructuring of the Year ($5-$10 Billion) as part of The M&A Advisor 17th Annual Turnaround Awards.
White & Case won Energy Deal of the Year for representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the sale of ION Geophysical and Restructuring of the Year for serving as co-counsel to the coordinating committee of agent banks and lenders in the restructuring of Seadrill Ltd.
