Virtual learning programs
All students, including pre-law students, are invited to participate in one of our free, virtual learning programs to get real insight into life as a White & Case lawyer and experience the work we do.
Our self-paced programs take one to fifteen hours to complete. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience during your studies and a way to differentiate yourself during the application process.
US Antitrust Virtual Learning Program
If you're interested in working in the field of Antitrust law, this program will give you a taste of the challenges and day-to-day experience of an antitrust lawyer at White & Case.
US Cross Border Transaction Program
Gain insight into working as a White & Case lawyer. Try out the work for yourself with our case study exercises and experience our dynamic global culture.
US Debt Finance Virtual Learning Program
This one-hour virtual experience lets you see what it’s like to be a Debt Finance associate at White & Case by assisting with real-world transactions. Assignments are given by our lawyers and allow you to gain hands-on experience in comparing competing legal terms and reviewing the closing conditions for a deal. Enroll to learn key skills in negotiation and management of a transaction.
US IP Virtual Learning Program
Want to know what a White & Case IP lawyer actually does? Complete this program and find out for yourself about this challenging, stimulating area of the law.
US Time Management and Business Communication Skills
As a White & Case lawyer, you'll tackle complex matters and multiple priorities from day one. This program will help you sharpen your time management and communication skills, preparing you to excel in a Big Law environment.
US Trade Virtual Learning Program
This is the first experience of its kind that teaches students about international trade and customs law in a practical setting. In this program, we're placing you in the seat of a junior associate working on our "Team Customs," to help an importer report to U.S. Customs and Border Protection what certain imported goods are, where they originate, and what their dutiable value is.
