Biography
Overview
Zixie Zhu is an associate in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, based in Beijing.
He focuses his practice on capital market transactions, primarily representing issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings. He also has experience in regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Zixie worked for an international firm's Beijing office.
