Biography

Overview

Zach is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice at White & Case in the Miami office. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representation of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, international insolvency proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and related transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Zach received his J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School, where he served as Senior Articles Editor of the Cornell Law Review and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Charlene Edwards Honeywell of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. While there, Zach authored a publication in the Cornell Law Review that won national awards from the American Bar Association and the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers. Zach was also the recipient of Cornell's 2023 Rosenbloom Prize and 2024 Belfer Memorial Prize for distinguished work in corporate law and financial regulation.
