Yutty's recent experience includes:
- Representing a state entity in two ongoing ICC arbitrations and in Dispute Board proceedings against contractors under the FIDIC Pink Book form of construction contract
- Acting as Tribunal Secretary in an ongoing MARC arbitration arising from a consultancy agreement
- Representing two French entities in an ongoing ICC arbitration arising from a buyer credit agreement
- Assisting a European multinational gas company in two CIETAC arbitrations in relation to disputes arising from a hydrogen and steam supply contract
Prior to joining the International Arbitration Group in 2018, Yutty gained experience in the Commercial Litigation and White Collar/Regulatory Practice Groups of the firm. Her recent experience includes:
- Assisting a leading French bank faced with civil and criminal charges of commercial malpractice arising from loans indexed on foreign currency before French jurisdictions
- Assisting a leading financial institution with investigations by multiple authorities including the European Commission, the US Department of Justice and CFTC, in relation to alleged manipulations of interest rate benchmarks
- Yutty has regularly been involved in pro bono work. She is the winner of the 10th edition of the mediation competition organized by the Centre for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (2018) and has participated in various moot court competitions in the past (in India, South Africa, Birmingham and Mauritius).
