Biography
Overview
Yanling Guo is an associate in White & Case's Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice group, based in Singapore. She advises banks and corporate borrowers on a variety of domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition financings and structured financings.
Prior to joining White & Case, Yanling was part of a leading international law firm and a Band 1-ranked banking and finance team in a Singapore law firm.

a club of international investment banks to a global private equity firm for its investment in exchangeable bonds issued by a Vietnamese conglomerate.
a global special situations investor in relation to its subscription for bonds in a global private equity firm for its investment in an Indonesian nickel mining company.
an international investment bank in respect of financing to a global private equity firm for its acquisition of an interest in a Vietnamese school business.
a global investment bank as lender to borrower, Near Pte. Ltd., a SaaS platform that offers a source of intelligence on People, Place, and Product data.
an international investment bank in a secured share back-Ied margin financing to the shareholder of an Indonesian copper and gold mining company.
the lender in a financing in connection with the acquisition by Provident Capital Partners of a 5% stake in PT XL Axiata Tbk, a major telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.*
a syndicate of lenders in a financing in connection with a takeover and privatization of Soilbuild Business Space REIT by an entity owned by Soilbuild Group's executive chairman and Blackstone Real Estate.*
