Serena is an associate in the Firm's International Arbitration and Commercial Litigation groups. She represents and advises corporations and foreign sovereigns in the resolution of international disputes. She has represented clients in arbitration before tribunals constituted under the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as litigation in US federal courts. She is also actively involved in pro bono matters at the Firm.
