Biography
Overview
Vishnu is an associate in the Firm's Global Intellectual Property Law practice, based in London. He advises clients in various sectors, based both in the UK and internationally, on IP and IT aspects of M&A transactions. His practice also includes negotiating commercial agreements and general advisory on issues related to IP and allied laws.
Prior to joining White & Case, Vishnu acquired experience as an IP attorney with top tier law firms in India, and at an AI technology company in the San Francisco Bay Area.

EV Metals Group, a global battery chemicals and technology group focused on a clean energy future, on its acquisition of Johnson Matthey plc's batteries manufacturing business for a cash consideration and a minority equity stake in EV Metals.
Jio Platforms, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited that has built an all-IP data and future-proof network with the latest 4G LTE technology, on its US$200 million investment in Glance Pte. Ltd.
Gopher Investments, an investment vehicle backed by investors with experience in gaming and financials and an affiliate of TT Bond Partners, on its acquisition of Finalto from Playtech plc for US$250 million.
Regnology, a Nordic Capital portfolio company, in its acquisition of PwC Tax Information Reporting Limited, a provider of tax reporting software solutions, from PwC Holdings (UK) Limited.
