Victoria Stratton is an associate in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation matters arising under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and the Anti-Terrorism Act. Victoria also maintains an active pro bono practice, concentrating on advocacy for reproductive rights.
During law school, Victoria served as a Senior Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law and a legal intern for the U.S. Air Force. In addition, she worked with the International Women's Human Rights Clinic on reproductive justice issues in Uganda.
Prior to law school, Victoria completed a Master of Arts in Comparative Politics at Arizona State University, where she studied the intersection of gender dynamics, terrorism and conflict.
