Overview

Veronica is an associate in the Firm's Global Intellectual Property practice, based in London. She advises UK and international clients in the areas of intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) in the context of M&A transactions, business separations, strategic collaborations, joint ventures and standalone technology transactions. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for the acquisition, development and licensing of brands and technology.

Veronica joined White & Case as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Capital Markets, Debt Finance and IP Groups in London. Veronica also completed a six-month secondment to the Firm's Prague office, where she focused on Debt Finance and Corporate M&A.
