Overview
Usman is an associate in our M&A Corporate practice based in Dubai. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including international M&A, across a number of industry sectors, including Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, and Consumer & Healthcare. He has experience of working with a range of sovereigns, sovereign wealth funds, sponsors, MNCs and state-owned enterprises.
Usman's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, where he represents a range of clients from start-up ventures to multinational corporations. His adept understanding of the nuanced legal and regulatory landscapes across different jurisdictions has made him a trusted advisor for international clients looking to expand or consolidate globally.
