Hiro Capital on its investment in Incredibuild, a developer of software acceleration technology, as lead investor on a US$35 million Series B funding round.

bolttech / Pacific Century Group on its acquisition of a leading insurance solutions operator in Asia-Pacific.

Schneider Electric, a global player in energy management and automation, on its US$2.1 billion (₹14,000 crore) acquisition of Larsen & Toubro Electrical & Automation, and on the subsequent consortium arrangements between Schneider Electric and Temasek Holdings Private Ltd. The transaction was named "Cross-Border M&A Deal of the Year (over US$1 billion)" by the M&A Advisor in 2020.

Brookfield on multiple transactions, including on:

  • its joint venture with Digital Realty focused on the development, ownership and operation of institutional quality data centers in India, with a subsequent 1/3 stake investment by Reliance Industries;
  • the disposal of nine operating solar plants in Thailand to Global Power Synergy Public Company (GPSC), the power generation arm of Thailand's PTT Group; and
  • the disposal of its solar energy business in Malaysia.

ESR on multiple transactions, including on:

  • the formation of a perpetual core fund and joint venture among ESR, AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets (AXA IM), and a major sovereign wealth fund in connection with the acquisition of six logistics properties in Japan for US$1 billion; and
  • the capital raising and financing for Sachiura, a billion-dollar distribution center and one of the largest master-planned logistics parks in Japan.

LOLC Holdings, a part of an investor consortium, on the sale of its shareholding in PRASAC MicroFinance Institution Limited (PRASAC) to Kookmin Bank Co. Ltd, the largest ever Cambodian M&A deal by value and one of the largest ever overseas investments by a Korean bank. The transaction won "Best of the Frontier Markets" award at the FinanceAsia Awards 2020.
