Torben Harbeck

Torben advises private and public entities on regulatory and public law, with a particular emphasis on the automotive, telecommunication and media sector.

Prior to joining White & Case, Torben gained experience as a trainee lawyer at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin and at the Higher Administrative Court in Münster.
