Overview

Tomasz Przybylski is an associate in the White & Case Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practice. He provides legal assistance to clients in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. The cases he has advised on primarily involve construction, energy, and post-M&A claims.

Tomasz represented the Jagiellonian University in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining White & Case Tomasz gained experience in the litigation and dispute resolution department of a "magic circle" international law firm based in Warsaw and through internships at other large Polish and international law firms.
