Todd Rouse

Todd is a member of the Firm's Global Commercial Litigation Practice Group and based in Washington, DC. He has more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate through complex commercial and contract disputes. He has extensive experience with issues facing government contractors, government agencies, and national and multi-national corporations.

Prior to joining the Firm, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for a large United States defense contractor. He also held previous in-house roles where he oversaw, litigation, employment, and compliance matters. Prior to that, he was an associate at two international law firms.
