Todd is a member of the Firm's Global Litigation Practice Group and based in Washington, DC. He has more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate through complex commercial and contract disputes. He has extensive experience with issues facing government contractors, government agencies, and national and multi-national corporations.

Todd is a seasoned employment litigator and compliance strategist with over 15 years of experience representing management in complex EEO matters, handling both state and federal discrimination charges from investigation to mediation and final determination. He has a proven track record of successfully defending employers in high-stakes litigation initiated by the EEOC and private litigants, focusing on Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and complex FMLA compliance.

Prior to joining the Firm, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for a large United States defense contractor. He also held previous in-house roles where he oversaw, litigation, employment, and compliance matters. Prior to that, he was an associate at two international law firms.
