Thibaut Alibert

Thibaut Alibert is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance group in Paris.

Thibaut advises financial institutions, corporations and funds on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. His practice focuses on acquisition finance transactions, including syndicated, leveraged and mezzanine financings as well as general corporate lending.

Prior to joining White & Case, Thibaut worked at a major law firm in Vietnam.
