Overview

Taylor Gillespie is an Associate in White & Case's New York office. Multilingual and trained in both common law and civil law, Taylor represents domestic and international clients in a variety of high-stakes transactions, disputes, and advisory matters.

Taylor's interdisciplinary practice covers environmental matters, including related to social and corporate governance (ESG), energy transition, sustainability, and health and safety (EHS). He has advised clients across a range of industries on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, banking transactions, project development, and regulatory compliance. Taylor has also served as counsel in international investment and commercial arbitrations, US court proceedings, and internal investigations.

Taylor also represents professional sports entities and athletes in various matters, from commercial negotiations to cases before the Court of Arbitration for Sport to general advisory work.

Before joining White & Case, Taylor was a personal trainer for professional athletes.
