Biography
Taylor Gillespie is an Associate in White & Case's New York office. Multilingual and trained in both common law and civil law, Taylor represents domestic and international clients in a variety of high-stakes transactions, disputes, and advisory matters.
Taylor's interdisciplinary practice spans environmental matters, including social and corporate governance, sustainability, and health and safety. He has advised clients across a range of industries on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, project development, and regulatory compliance. Taylor has also served as counsel in international investment and commercial arbitrations, U.S. court proceedings, and internal investigations.
Taylor also maintains an active sports law practice, representing professional sports entities, athletes, and investors in various matters from commercial negotiations to cases before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Taylor provides strategic and day-to-day counsel to sports clients on complex domestic and cross-border issues.
