Steph Lartey

Steph Lartey is an associate in our global Capital Markets practice based in London and a member of the Structured Finance team. Prior to relocating to London, Steph spent time in the firm's Houston office advising on Project Finance matters, and has previous experience in the London Office's Debt Finance and Private Equity Teams. Steph focuses on advising arrangers, sponsors, issuers and investors on securitisations including collateralised loan obligations, all types of consumer asset-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, trade receivables and esoteric assets classes, as well as on regulatory and other aspects of financing matters. Steph also advises clients on ESG and sustainability matters including all aspects of the European Green Deal.
