- Representation of Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS), a Canadian multinational electronics manufacturing services business, in its US$306 million acquisition of PCI Private Ltd., a Singapore-based South East Asian electronics manufacturing and service business, from Platinum Private Equity.
