Siphosetu Matebese

Siphosetu is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Practice Group based in Johannesburg. She has broad practice in financial services and regulatory banking and finance work as well as debt funding and preference share funding transactions advising local and international clients win local and cross-border funding transactions, advising local clients on the finance aspects of such matters, and various banking and finance transactions and has worked in transactions involving listed and unlisted corporate clients and major South African banks

Siphosetu joined White & Case as an associate, gaining experience in the Firm's Debt Finance team based in Johannesburg. Siphosetu also works with the Firm's Capital Markets / Structure Finance team based in the Firm's London office.
