Simona supports the Italian practice by monitoring and analysing legal, practice and market developments; preparing legal updates; developing training programmes; drafting and maintaining standard forms and practice notes; capturing the Group's know-how; and, answering queries from practitioners in Milan and other White & Case offices.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2015, Simona worked most recently in major international and Italian top tier firms as a professional support lawyer and senior associate on a range of public and private M&A and private equity transactions.
