Biography
Overview
Shelley is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London and focuses primarily on private corporate transactions, including advising emerging growth companies and investors and private equity sponsor-held portfolio companies.
Shelley has a wide variety of experience including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, equity investments, corporate re-organisations and general corporate advisory.
Shelley has spent time working in our Dubai office and on secondment to Lightsource BP, LabTech and Avast.
Prior to joining White & Case, Shelley qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary and worked in the corporate secretariats of FTSE 100 companies in the pharmaceutical and banking sectors.

Representation of Avast plc, the FTSE100 global leader in digital security and privacy, on its US$9.2 billion merger with NortonLifeLock Inc.
Representation of Tier Mobility, Europe's fastest growing e-scooter company, on its acquisition of PushMe Bikes Limited, a developer of charging infrastructure
Representation of Delek Group, the Tel Aviv listed Israeli conglomerate, and Ithaca Energy, Delek's UK subsidiary, on its acquisition with BP of oil and gas from Ithaca’s North Sea operations including the subscription by BP for US$50 million convertible loan notes
Representation of Omilia, a dynamic innovator in conversational AI, on its growth investment from Grafton Capital, a UK-based growth equity firm that specializes in partnering with founder-owned, European software companies
Representation of Lightsource Renewable Energy Investments Limited, Europe's largest solar development company, in its sale of a 43.2 percent stake to BP for an investment of £150 million. The company focuses on the acquisition, development and long-term management of large-scale solar projects, with plans to expand into India, Egypt and Australia
