Sebyul Chun

Sebyul Chun is counsel in the Seoul office of White & Case and a member of the Dispute Resolution Group. She represents and advises multinational companies across various industries in high-stakes commercial and regulatory disputes. She regularly advises technology and social media companies in international civil litigation and regulatory investigations concerning privacy and data protection, intellectual property protection, defamation, and intermediary liability.

Sebyul was formerly an associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, where she worked in the Commercial Litigation Group with a focus on bankruptcy litigation.

Prior to joining the Seoul office of White & Case, Sebyul worked in the Hong Kong office of another global law firm where she represented clients in international capital markets transactions and general corporate matters.
