Overview
Sarah Kaylinger is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
She has experience advising across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters for both domestic and international clients including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, commercial arrangements and general corporate advisory matters. Sarah has a particular interest in working with clients in the energy, renewables and infrastructure sectors.
Sarah is admitted to practice in New South Wales, Australia and was an associate at a leading Dublin firm prior to joining White & Case.
Experience
Representation of Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile on its acquisition of Troy and Ardmore Studios group which comprises of the two largest film studios in Ireland.*
Representation of Setanta Sports on the sale of Setanta Ukraine and Setanta Sports Eurasia to Adjara Group, the parent company of Adjarasport. Setanta Sports operates TV channels in several countries and has distribution agreements with over 150 platform operators.*
Representation of Tikehau Investment Management Limited on its equity investments in Irish independent solar power producers, Amarenco and Crowley Carbon. These investments are made from Tikehau's dedicated renewable energy fund.*
Representation of Madison Dearborn Partners / The Ardonagh Group in relation to its acquisition of Arachas Corporate Brokers. Arachas specialises in arranging insurance for approximately 80,000 Irish-owned businesses.*
Representation of Iberdrola on its acquisition of a majority stake in the company controlled by DP Energy. This company has a 3GW offshore wind pipeline in Ireland.*
