Samuel Spiers

Samuel is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in the Firm's Houston office. His practice concentrates on complex business transactions for both public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, joint ventures, reverse listings through special purpose acquisition vehicles (SPACs), cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.

Samuel's experience also includes advising clients in connection with in-court and out-of-court restructurings, creditors' rights, trustee representation, and the acquisition and sale of distressed assets.
