Overview
Samih is an associate based in Cairo. Before joining White & Case, Samih worked at a regional law firm in Cairo and an international law firm in London.
Samih has a range of experience advising domestic and international clients on general corporate and regulatory matters, M&A transactions and corporate restructuring processes.

Advising the National Authority for Tunnels in connection with the operation and maintenance of Egypt's first high-speed rail network.
Advising BPE Partners and Abdel Moneim Al-Rashed on the sale of their entire stake in Giza Systems S.A.E. to a subsidiary of the Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC) at a total equity valuation of US$139 Million.
Advising GEMS Egypt in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Selah El Telmeez.
Advising PayMob on its US$50 Million investment round led by PayPal and Kora Capital.
Advising Integrated Diagnostics Holdings on its acquisition of a majority stake in one of Pakistan's largest integrated diagnostics providers.
Advising the shareholders of Talabeyah for Distribution in connection with the sale of their entire stake to MNT Holdings.
Advising the Egyptian National Railways in connection with its joint-venture with Voestalpine Railway Systems.
Advising Telecom Egypt in connection with its minority stake in Vodafone Egypt.*
