Overview

Sabrina Borocci is an EU-qualified lawyer with over 25 years of experience in Competition Law and, more widely, European Law, both in the transactional space (merger control) and in the litigation and investigation space.

Sabrina focuses on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations and litigations in various industries and merger control filings. She defines herself as a litigator, but she advises also clients on compliance with the competition rules in a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution and agency agreements, long-term supply agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Moreover, Sabrina provides assistance in internal antitrust audits and public enforcers' investigations (including dawn raids) and requests for information.

Sabrina's practice also encompasses regulatory matters with a specific focus on compliance with European law across member states with specific focus on life science and telecommunication, where connection with IP rights (patents) is of essence, as well as assistance with regulators and public authorities.
