Biography
Sabrina co-leads the Regulation & Disputes practice in White & Case Milan.
Sabrina is an EU-qualified lawyer with over 25 years of experience, widely recognized for her expertise in litigation in EU Law, Competition Law, and Italian Civil and Commercial law.
She has a strong track record in representing clients in complex actions, private and public enforcement, including class actions and high-profile disputes, leveraging her deep knowledge of civil procedure to navigate multi-jurisdictional litigation and regulatory investigations.
Sabrina's practice covers also antitrust matters, including follow-on and stand-alone damages action, with particular proficiency in handling civil claims. She regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, procedural issues and interactions with public authorities. Sabrina also advises clients in matters connected with the GDPR, the Digital Services Act (DSA), the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and, going forward, the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
Her broad regulatory experience spans telecommunications, digital, online platforms and commercial agreements, where she integrates competition and civil law principles. Sabrina is ranked among the leading lawyers in her field by major directories and serves as adjunct professor at Bocconi University.

Sabrina advised GE Healthcare and GE Corp in connection with an abuse of dominance case for alleged violation of art. 101 of the TFEU in the market for the provision of maintenance services for diagnostic imaging equipment before the Italian Competition Authority. The case involved issues concerning the relation between IP protection stemming from patent and competition law.*

Sabrina advised GE Healthcare in connection with a case for alleged violation of art. 102 of the TFEU in the market for radio pharma. Other parties involved included Novartis and Curium. The case involved issues concerning the relation between R&D and market sharing.*
