Saambavi Mano
Biography
Overview
Saambavi Mano is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group in the Firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes representing individual clients and large corporations in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. Saambavi also supports clients in connection with white collar criminal and regulatory investigations. She also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on women's rights.
Prior to joining the Firm, Saambavi served as a law clerk to Justice Michael J. Moldaver (Ret.) and Justice Michelle O'Bonsawin of the Supreme Court of Canada. She also served as a law clerk to Chief Justice George R. Strathy (Ret.), Justice Gladys I. Pardu (Ret.), and Justice David M. Paciocco of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Saambavi was also recognized for her contribution to the work of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada.
Saambavi graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. She was awarded the James B. Milner Bronze Medal for graduating with the third highest cumulative average and the Dean's Cecil A. Wright Key for her extracurricular and academic achievements.
