Overview
Ruth Taylor is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London. She is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.
Ruth focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments. She also advises on a broad range of corporate transactions (including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions) and management teams in relation to the equity incentive arrangements.
