Rudy Mederos has represented clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, food service, telecommunications, shipping and many other industries.
In addition, Mr. Mederos has represented companies in a wide variety of litigation matters including (but not limited to) class action, securities, bankruptcy, patent and antitrust actions. Mr. Mederos has managed teams of attorneys and other legal professionals in large scale document productions. He also assisted in pre-trial practice relating to the development of witness preparation, expert reports and testimony, drafting pleadings, as well as deposition defense and preparation.
Also, Mr. Mederos has assisted the Technology Transactions group on transactional and advisory matters involving intellectual property and information technology.
Mr. Mederos assisted in counseling US and foreign multinational corporations in matters involving the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), including internal investigations of potential violations of the FCPA.
Lastly, he was part of litigation team that successfully defended a global financial institution in a securities class action lawsuit related to the collapse of Enron.
