Overview
Rosie is an associate in White & Case's Capital Market Practice Group, based in Shanghai.
Rosie's practise focuses on equity capital market, in particular HK IPO, covering industries such as e-commerce, steel, logistics, medical and healthcare.
Rosie also has significant experience advising on mergers & acquisition, private equity investment and general corporate commercial mandates, involving due diligence, transaction documentation's drafting and execution, communication with regulators, etc.
Prior to joining White & Case, Rosie has worked at another top international law firm as well as two prominent local Chinese firms.

- Advised a China-based private equity fund and its Cayman Island-based affiliate fund on their investment in a recycling chemical fibre manufacturer.*
- Advised a China-based biotech company on its merger with two U.S.-based biotech companies.*
- Advised a China-based private equity fund on its acquisition of a minor equity interest in a medical instrument manufacturer.*
