Biography
Overview
Roosa Väre is a senior associate within White & Case's EMEA Private Equity Group and Global M&A Practice. Roosa has extensive experience advising both international and Nordic clients, including top private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporate clients as well as infrastructure investors, in the field of mergers and acquisitions and on a broad range of other corporate, private equity and financial transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2024, Roosa worked for several years at a leading Nordic law firm in Helsinki and for one year as a secondee at the corporate/M&A department of another top tier US law firm in New York.`
