Overview

Robert advises multinational clients on all aspects relating to data protection law, information technology (IT) and intellectual property (IP).

His practice focusses on assisting globally operating tech clients (such as social network clients) with GDPR and general civil law compliance and encompasses both high-stake in-court litigation as well as complex out-of-court disputes.

Prior to joining White & Case, Robert worked as a research assistant for a chair with a focus on data protection and media law as well as for several other international law firms.
