Biography
Overview
Reni Osibamowo is an Associate in our EMEA Private Equity team which is part of our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Reni has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals, investments, equity structuring, and other general corporate matters for sponsor-owned portfolio companies.
Reni joined White & Case in 2022 as a trainee and has spent time in the Debt Capital Markets and Employment, Compensation and Benefits teams in London. She has also completed a six-month secondment to the firm's Stockholm office advising on Corporate M&A and Private Equity matters.

Representation of CARE Fertility on the acquisitions of US based Reach Fertility and Spanish based IVF-Life.
Representation of Verallia, the leading European and the world’s third largest producer of glass containers for food and beverages, on its acquisition of Allied Glass, a market leader in the UK of premium glass packaging segment.
