Renata's representative experience includes assistance to: 

  • Advising Apple on a collective claim brought by a consumer association in Spain and against several collective actions in other countries*.
  • Representing Goldman Sachs and Encasa Cibeles on a civil procedure aimed at unwinding the acquisition of a large amount of social housing from the Madrid Regional Government.
  • Acting for Globalvía in various court proceedings for the control of Itínere Infraestructuras, including an extraordinary appeal filed before the Spanish Supreme Court*.
  • Acting for a leading company in the energy sector in a judicial battle to discuss the interpretation and consequences of the latest regulatory changes to the Electricity Sector Act*. 
  • Representing a foreign country in a multimillion-dollar damages claim arising from an infrastructure contract against a Spanish company in the context of insolvency proceedings*.
  • Acting for a Spanish multinational electric utility company in the defense against multiple damages claims resulting from a power cut*.
  • Advising an Australian company in a cross-border dispute involving both arbitral and judicial proceedings regarding a construction contract*.
  • Acting for a multinational company in a significant claim for damages for unfair competition*. 
  • Advising a group of international lenders regarding a breach of contract affecting a project for the construction of a hotel complex that led to various judicial proceedings*. 
  • Assessing investors in a leading Spanish department store company to assess execution of a contract and potential IPO of the company*. 
  • Advising international funds on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio that was affected by a criminal investigation*.
  • Acting for a multinational investment fund in a dispute related to the breach of a lease agreement entered into with an autonomous Government*.
  • Advising a multinational company on potential interim measures and subsequent arbitration proceedings against a German company in relation to a New York-law governed M&A transaction*.
