- Acting for Globalvía in various court proceedings for the control of Itínere Infraestructuras, including an extraordinary appeal filed before the Spanish Supreme Court*.
- Acting for a leading company in the energy sector in a judicial battle to discuss the interpretation and consequences of the latest regulatory changes to the Electricity Sector Act*.
